Gold Division Soccer Program
Central Marin Gold Division club teams (formerly known as Division 1 or "D1") are composed of some of the best players and coaches from north bay area and its surrounding communities. The coaches, trainers, players and their parents are dedicated to the development of good soccer technique and tactics, good sportsmanship, hard work, meeting new people, expanding their soccer experience and having fun.
Playing for Central Marin Gold teams offers the opportunity to play with and against players of equal ability and to travel and meet players from other cities throughout California and beyond. Central Marin Gold players compete for positions on district, state, regional and national Olympic Development teams. The teams typically practice from 2 – 3 times each week, and generally employ professional trainers to assist with the training of the players. Games are played on both Saturday and Sunday, U10 - U14 teams will participate in 3 to 5 tournaments.
Gold Division teams are expected to participate in the statewide NorCal State Cup tournament. Annual playing expenses include uniforms, tournaments, team fees and training. The Central Marin Competitive Soccer Club's intent is to not deny any player the opportunity to play due to the expense of our program. We have a variety of sponsorship and scholarship programs for individuals and teams.
