Pre-Tryout Clinics are designed to prepare players for the upcoming tryouts by sharpening individual skills like technique, ball control, juggling, and overall conditioning. Drills are executed at high speed with limited rest to help build endurance and strength. Come out and join us for these clinics to help your player play at his/her best at tryouts!

Athletic Training Offered
Central Marin Soccer has formed a partnership with Sean Phillips and Warren Lanier to offer a unique program to develop athletes interested in all sports. Athleticism training is focused on the building blocks of athletic ability and the development of each of these attributes, which in combination yield an athlete who is quicker, more deft at sport specific skills, resistant to injury, and more adaptable to novel tasks. Since all sports are based upon the same athletic building blocks, athleticism training is as amenable to soccer players as it is to downhill skiers.
The cost is $80 per hour to have two trainers train a team. You can reach Sean Phillips at sdphillipsnl78@yahoo.com or (415)225-5042.
